Includes Hamilton, Butler, and Warren counties.  Also the western half of Clermont county, the Southern half of Preble and Montgomery Counties, Northern Kentucky and Eastern Indiana

Residential garage door repairs are billed at $49.99 plus parts.  

Most service calls take approximately one half  hour.

Certain repairs are billed at a flat rate which includes the service call.  

Torsion Spring replacement is billed at a flat rate.

Spring Replacements Same price 7 Days a week.

Garage Door Openers that are purchased from Advantage Door are billed at flat rates no service charge.  See Residential Openers.

Price includes removal/disposal of old opener,  Installation of new opener and door tune up.

Door Tune Up a $49.99 Value 

Bought your own opener?  Advantage door will Install the opener you purchased for $85.00.  Operator reinforcement Bracket pad $5.00 and punched angle iron $10.00 if needed.

Spring Replacements Same price 7 Days a week.

Torsion spring and extension spring replacements are normally billed at flat rates no service charge. 

Single-car spring replacements for 8 X 7 and 9 X 7 doors run $135.00. 

Double-car replacements for 16 X 7 doors run $135.00 for one spring and $165.00 for two springs.  

Springs for 8-foot high doors or 18-foot wide doors that use special cut springs add $15.00 to the above prices.  

Door Tune Up $49.99 includes door evaluation/safety check, tighten hinges, lube and adjust springs, track and adjust opener.

Warranty for service includes 180 days parts and labor.

Spring warranties cover parts and labor for three years.

Warranty coverage is based on normal use and does not cover abuse or acts of God.
